CF Pyramid Acoustic Foam Panel is made of high-quality PU foam, free of powder and other impurities. It's oderless, and has excellent resilience. After vacuum packaging, the packaging volume can be reduced by 8 times. After opening the vacuum packaging bag, the foam can quickly rebound to its original state, greatly reducing installation time.

Product principle

There are many interconnected pores and bubbles inside and outside acoustic foam. When sound waves are incident on waves, they can cause air vibration in the gaps. Due to the viscous resistance of the air and the friction between the air and the hole wall, a large part of the sound energy is converted into heat energy and consumed. In addition, the concave convex wave shape of the foam gradually reduces the remaining sound waves in the repeated refraction of the concave convex waves.
