CF-Expansion Joint is a closed cell cross-linked polyolefin foam with an outer skin on the surface. The foam is free of heavy metals, plastickers and CFCs, It is available in both plain and adhesive backing form.
Advantages:
Closed Cell Structure makes the foam non absorbent and impervious to water and sealant.
Cross-linked structure makes the foam excellent weatherability and resistance to UV, acids, oils, alkalis and solvents.
Light weight, flexibel and easily cut and fabricated on site.
Supplied with extra strong adhesive for faster and durable installation.
Variety of sizes:
Continous rolls is available in 25 mtrs in 10 mm thickness.
Regular width: 50mm, 75mm, 100mm, 125mm, 150mm, 200mm, 250mm and 300mm
Thicker sizes are available from 15mm to 100mm,
15mm to 30mm in continous rolls,
40mm to 100mm in sheets
Application:
CF-Expansion Joint is a closed-cell polyethylene joint filler for use as an expansion joint filler in brick and blockwork, isolation joints and hinge joints where a readily compressible low load transfer joint filler is required, also can be used as back-up strips for elastomeric sealants placed in joints of concrete floors subject to foot traffic and light wheel loads.
